Found the fitbit watch I’ve been wanting and decided to buy two so my boyfriend can have one as well. After finding 6, SIX!!!! Charges to my credit card (capital one not hsn credit) I call to find out my order was placed twice and then cancelled? No, I placed it once for two watches. So I call, and Paige was very nice but couldn’t explain to me why although they wasted no time charging my card like lunatics that they denied me for flexpay “that item isn’t eligible”…Someone owes me an explanation because EVERYTHING is on flexpay today so says this website landing page banner. Everything except stuff you want?! I want my Monday back now, not in 72 hours, because it was taken the minute I placed my order. I will NEVER spend money here again. Telling my mother not to as well and she’s spent well over $10k through the years.
I am sorry for the disappointment with this order. I checked into this and it looks like you were declined for Flexpay. We have a specialized department who runs and approves flexpays, so they would be the only ones who would know the decline reason. You should receive a letter in the mail soon with their reason, or you can reach them directly at 1-800-879-2559. Since we have only authorized for the funds, they will be released per your banks policy; but most banks release within 72 business hours. I suggest contacting Capital One to see what their release time frame is.
