Need vendor contact information
Last spring I purchased 2 of #579-430. I loved them, but lost the spring out of both of them. Now that the weather is drying out, I’d really like to get them working again. There was nothing in the information included with the sticks to indicate how I could get replacement parts. Originally, I was concerned about replacing the wicks; however, the missing springs are a much bigger issue. Do you have any way I can contact Bell & Howell about these humidifiers?
