Need More Information on Investigation
I wrote in 2 weeks ago regarding an investigation into item 501436. I was real upset because I originally wrote in because the product read delivered in the “Order Status” and I never received it. I wrote in to see what can I do. I was told not to worry and to look everywhere and ask neighbors and to write back if not found. I did that and wrote back and a replacement was sent on 8/16/17, and which was received. I did an inquiry with the post office. The letter I received in October stated to send back the replacement or I would be charged for both. I sent it back after contact with Jordan_hsn. They were looking into it and I was supposed to receive a letter within 7 business days. Never have by the way. However, I did return the replacement which was received on 11/2/17 and processed on 11/6/17. So I end up paying for the sweeper I never received and never got to keep the one I did. This is very upsetting to say the least. I would like to know why and what is the end result? Do I receive a refund or Do I pay for something I never received to begin with?
@poochers59, I”m truly sorry for the delay! Rest assure we were working on your behalf to get this all taken care of. The rebill was cancelled on 11/01/2017. You should receive a letter 7 business days from that date. Once again, I apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for being a valued customer. 🙂
