Need more advice please HSN reps and thanks in advance item # 464-864
Hi again HSN,
The UPS ground prepaid label arrived in the mail to return this so I need to know since I already posted about this problem and had called HSN C.S. and asked if prepaid USPS and UPS retirn shipping labels arrive in the package with the towels, The HSN rep checked and stated they do.
Well they did not so I had to Call the HSN Supervisor who arranged to have a UPS ground prepaid label mailed to me and I did get that yesterday, but now since this was a matter of misrepresentation and I was told UPS and USPS prepaid return labels come with the item and they did not I could not gift it to a wheelchair disabled person, so now I need to know since HSN C.S. Rep misrepresentation was given to me what do I circle as the reason for the return on the HSN return package invoice, which has to be included in the plastic bag with the HSN return Towels?
Please reply advise asap and Jennifer the HSN Supervisor noted my HSN account with everything needed in case there were any more issues for it, so if need be please read them.
I attached the HSN prepaid UPS Ground label to the towel set outer plastic packaging and crossed out the original label, and after you reply advise and instruct me as to what I should circle as reason for return , then I will be handing this over to my UPS person who I know, and he will use his UPS device to scan it in so I can track it’s return under the UPS ground prepaid return tracking label. Thanks HSN and please reply asap as to what return reason I should circle to include on the return invoice with the towel set.

UPDATE as of 6/13/2018:
The towel set has been delivered via UPS Ground Service prepaid return shipping label I received in the mail.
It was personally handed to my UPS Ground carrier when he delivered another UPS ground package to me. Then he
scanned the defective towel set it into his UPS device, and it was delivered to Bridgeport Connecticut on 6/13/2018,
and was received by Francet at 9:42 AM. The UPS Ground weight stated 13 lbs.
Please post on HSN.com my expected full refund amount of 1st flex payment of $55.73 along with the refund date
for this defective return, and notify my Debit card bank checking account of the HSN return so they can credit me
for the defective towel return in the amount of $55.73.

It’s not necessary to fill that out, @redman1. The reason for your return has already been documented. Go ahead and send the item back so we can get that refund processed for you. Sorry that you were provided incorrect information. Hope you have a great day!
