Need money back
I placed an order on November 18th and paid for it. The next morning I get an email stating my order was cancelled. There was no explanation as to why. My card was charged but I have yet to receive my money back. I placed the order for my daughters birthday gift and now that I don’t have that money back I can’t get it somewhere else. I am low income so I just can’t go spend money on something I already budgeted in for. Please return my money. Order number is 1625743267.

I’m truly sorry that your order was canceled, @unhappy-custome4. When an order is placed, we will authorize the payment. Your bank sees this and will place a hold on the funds. Rest assured, most banks will release this hold within 72 hours.
