Need Help With Waitlist Order
On Nov. 26, I ordered 541-128 in a size 1X because my size was sold out. The only color and size available was dusty charcoal in 1X. Now it is available, same color on waitlist in a size L. I applied a 20% coupon to the original order. Can you please change my existing order to the size L on waitlist and keep it at the same price as my original order of $39.90? Because I ordered it on-line, I do not pay tax and I had free shipping and the 20% coupon. Can you please help me? The person I spoke to at Customer Service didn’t have the patience to complete the order. She suggested I call back to talk to someone else. I appreciate it if you can help me. Thanks.

You can still return the 1X when it arrives for the correct size, or if you want to call in to place a new order for the size L, we can honor the price. I have noted your account.
