Need help with tickets
Today I decided to cash in my Tumble tile tickets (had over one million points) for 350 tickets and got an error message something like “oops, there was an error”.
It showed the 350 tickets and I checked and it showed up in my Rewards, but even after playing another game, it was never added to my point total. This is one of the rare times I was actually checking.
I know I can appeal to the tech whatever. My dog just died unexpectedly, I am a mess, can a mod just please take care of this? Please.
They have REFUSED to credit me my tickets!!
“Regrettably, we are unable to add any tickets that you did not receive.”
“if you are not logged in to your account or a lapse in a good internet connection at the time of submission may cause your points not to be saved.”
If I wasn’t logged on or didn’t have a good internet connection I wouldn’t have gotten the “Oops sorry, there was an error” message from HSN! I was still connected, was still in the arcade, was still able to play games. HSN made an error, they sent me a message that they made an error and now they refuse to correct their error!
This is an ongoing problem with HSN”s arcade team. Is there NO ONE THAT WILL TAKE RESPONSIBILITY?

Thank you for your kind words and prayers, it was a shock, he had just been to the vet for his vaccinations and given a clean bill of health, a couple of days later I had to rush him back, he could barely breath, they were saying “mistake”, “first vet was wrong”.
