Need help with price changing via Internet orders
I have had a problem for a long time. Almost every time I place an order online, the computer changes my price options forcing me to cancel the order and then reorder. The second time, the order always processes correctly. For example, today I ordered a couple of DG2 clearance sweaters at five payments of $4 something and one from Nene Leakes sweater at payments of $6 something. Everything looked perfect until after the order actually went through. That is when I noticed that, as usual, the system dropped one flex payment on two of the items. I cancelled them and reordered and everything went through perfectly. Customer service, is there anything that can be done to stop this from happening? I am afraid you will get angry about all the cancellations and reorders but I am NOT doing it on purpose. I just want the flex payments as offered. Thank you, in advance, for any help you can offer.
