Need help with order…
I don’t imagine that this message will be answered in time to help me, but since chat is closed, I figured it was worth a shot! 🙂 I have been trying to order item #517-832 in size 2X, the silver/true white option (of which it says there are 2 left) from your Columbus Day savings frenzy for nearly an hour. I’ve tried regular checkout, express checkout, the HSN app, and even via automated ordering on the phone, but I cannot get it to process. I keep getting the “You have great taste, this item is sold out” message – even though the item continues to show 2 in stock. Is there any way that you can look into this for me? Is the item actually sold out and there’s just a weird system glitch? Please help if you can – thank you!!!
