Need help with my ALERTS!! Please!!
I wrote a familiar post a few days ago and Ryan responded; I did what he suggested and I still could not pull up my Alert List.
I also sent a message to the IT division and they responded with, essentially, “It’s not us, it’s YOU, Mommyme”.
Well, I’ve attempted to access my Alert list from my office, my husband from HIS office, from my in-laws and from the Public Library; it’s NOT me… it’s YOU, HSN. I can not access the list from ANY location. I understand that you haven’t experienced a “wide spread” issue but does that mean that my issue doesn’t matter?
Something happened with my account access ability roughly a week ago (which is when this happened) and I’ve missed on many items that have since sold out that were to be gifts (because I can’t see the alerts).
Again, please help me with this… SOMEONE.
