Need help with HP10 G2 tablet
I purchased a tablet back in December (HP 10 G2) and I need help with a battery draining issue. I can’t find my paperwork right now, and I need a phone number for technical support on this tablet to determine how to fix this issue. Right now I must keep the tablet plugged in, which kind of defeats the purpose of a tablet. Only had for 8 months, and otherwise I LOVE this tablet. What is happening ?
Yikes! I’m sorry you’re having an issue with the battery, . The good news is it does include a Manufacturer’s 1-year limited warranty on hardware. Please call 800-474-6836 for assistance.
