Need help with avatar
Last night I uploaded a new avatar. At the time I could see it in my profile. I got an email saying my profile update had been approved, but I’m not seeing my avatar anywhere–not in my profile or in the community. I had a friend check from her computer and she can’t see it either. Not sure where to go from here.

Just uploaded it again. I saw it when I uploaded it, but it disappeared as soon as I hit “Save”
Can you tell me WHY my picture has not been approved since Sept. of 2015????? I know you are busy but this not an approiate excuse for this amount of time.
If, I did it wrong then please send me an e-mail providing the necessary steps.
Ryan, I uploaded it again and saw the same thing. What seems really strange to me is that below the avatar are 2 choices: edit or delete; but when I click on delete nothing happens. I haven’t paid attention to this for a long time so maybe that delete choice is always there whether or not you have an avatar other than the grey head.
and , I had issues with my avatar earlier this year, even after it was approved. After suggested I resize it to 500×500, it finally worked. You might want to give that a try.
