Need help w/cancelled orders!
On 1/6/19, I cancelled 1 order 2 items and my bank still has the $$$ on hold and states that you are the only one who can release it. Could you please look into this and see if you can completely cancel the order with my bank to release my funds. Thank you and I appreciate your assistance with this matter.

I’m sorry that your order needed to be canceled, @poochers1. It shouldn’t take more than 72 business hours to see these amounts back in your balance. I’ve verified that no funds are being held. Please check with your bank if they are still showing as “Pending.”
