Need help ordering additional item
Early this morning I placed an order for 476-550 (Serena Williams cooling towels). There was no indication at the time that they were selling out. I had decided to order a couple more sets to use as gifts, but the item seems to have totally disappeared from the website. Even clicking on the item in my order history sends me to an “Oops” page. Is it still available and can I order more?
I wouldn’t worry about it. I’m not finding any notes that would suggest you won’t receive it. Worst case scenario we’d assist you if you had to place a new order for it 😉

Hi @ Lizzie818, I’m sorry it does look like the item is currently unavailable. The good news is, @trekky found a great option for you. Keep an eye out though as you should see the other ones return to stock soon. 🙂
