Need help getting package re-mailed
The post office sent back a package to HSN that was showing delivered as of 10/19. They sent it back to their main facility on Friday 10/20 and I wasn’t able to retrieve it on Saturday 10/21. It looks like the tracking# has been taken off the system. At this point you will probably receive the package this week, but the items in it are sold out, so I cannot re-order them. Is there a way that the package can be re-sent to me instead of being processed as a return? Can a notice be put on my account or the returns department be sent a notification to re-mail the package?
Hi @pennyless, I’m sorry to hear that you never received your items. Unfortunately, due to the amount of packages we receive on a daily basis at our warehouse it would be difficult to resend merchandise that has been sent back to us. I would recommend putting the items that are sold out in your favorites so that you can receive notifications if they become available.
