Need help from HSN Customer Service 4 activation 4 the LG triple everything 1200 ZTE flip fone
Hi HSN C.S. Rep, or HSN Manager:
My HSN item # is 514-276 and I purchased the HSN Tracfone ZTE Android Flip fone for $99.95.
It is supposed to also come with 1200 minutes, data and text, so I need the instructions how to get those 1200 minutes because tracfone support keeps stating I need an HSN pin # to get them, but HSN never gave me a pin # for the triple everything phone, text, and data I was promised.
Would really apppreciate full instructions as to correctly activate the trac fone for daily usage via computer input as I prefer not to talk with tracfone again.
I also need to learn how to get the 1200 triple everything I was promised, and need to also confirm that I have 1 year to activate this phone.
I really intensely dislike dealing with tracfone, because it is a constant poor connection and a definite problem buying the HSN tracfones with the additional minutes, and then tracfone barely speaks correct English, and it is very hard to understand them when they do speak, and they also talk too low, can barely understand or hear them, and to top it all off the ones I spoke to always mumble.
Please advise asap and thanks HSN customer service.
(Had I known before hand what a hassle this would be I probably would not have purchased another HSN Tracfone), but am hoping this will work out to my benefit with no more additional irritating tracfone aggrivation, and I will receive all I was promised, especially since HSN sold out of this phone and the presentation video is also gone as well, and as an HSN Member & COnsumer that is certainly a grave disappointment and not helpful at all.
