need help activating track phone left holding on line for 2 hours.
Having bought a new track phone I went to activate it this past Tuesday. I was told that this phone had all ready been activated. Ihis was impossible as when they clamed it was activated we were out of country. Any way after 1 hour trying to activate this phone (not successful) I was told that a new sim card would be sent out to me so that I could then change the phone number that was activated on my new phone and replaced with my old one. Again after 45 min. I was given a reference number and transfered to an other department. This department’s phone was busy and I was placed on hold. After 1 1/2 hours. I had lost my patience. I hung up and contact HSN for assistance. I was given this web site to explane my delima and someone would get back to me shortly. I REALLY HOPE SO, BECAUSE AT THIS TIME YOU HAVE A VERY FRUSTRATED CUSTOMER. I listened once again to the sales on HSN and was led to believe it would be a sinch to activate the phone. I am so annoyed that I have many other things I would like to say but the words leave me.

I am sorry to hear that you’re having issues with activation of your new phone. Regrettably since we do not handle the service, we have no way to assist with the activation process. I suggest you continue to work with Tracfone to get this working. If the new sim card does not work and you’re not able to activate this then I can assist with a return. Your feedback about how this has been handled is important to us, so I have made sure to forward that to management as well.
