Need full VIsa Card refund for inedible food delivery please & thanks!
Dear HSN Customer Service:
I purchased this item and it truly was delivered melted and totally not edible.
Classic Flavor Whoop-De-Doo Pies – 12-Count on 4 FlexPays
It is the heat of the summer and this chocolate covered Whoop-De-Doo pie order was delivered to me with no dry ice and it was totally melted, also not edible and a complete chocolate mess.
I would appreciate a well deserved justified full Visa Card refund of my 1st HSN Flex payment and a dismissal of the remaining 3 HSN flex payments.
No HSN member should be charged when they receive an HSN ordered food product like this, and according to the Law food items cannot be returned as no shipping carrier will accept them.
Please reply and initiate a full refund and dismissal of remaining
