Need Customer Service to fix an issue with account
Hi I ordered an item without creating an account and when I went to create it, it said my email was already being used for another account which I’m assuming is whenbI had signed in using Facebook a few times before. I thought I was signed in but wasn’t and now I have no access to my order or my flexpay information since it wouldn’t let me create an account. How can I link my order # to my account when I sign in with Facebook? Thank you!
, Welcome to the HSN Community. I’m sorry you’re not able to view your order at this time. I was able to locate it and it won’t be difficult to get this corrected. You’ll have to call customer service at 1-800-284-3900 between the hours of 8am – 1am ET and request an account merge. They should be able to locate your accounts by the phone number. Please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with today.
