Need assistance on identifying delay in shipping order placed 11/20
I know you guys have been very busy with the warehouse fiasco. I have been patiently waiting for my items but this one in particular is not moving. It was ordered on 11/20 – 518-517 LORAC 6-piece Lip Gloss Set.
I was debited for this over 2 weeks ago, and has been in packaging ever since. This item is now sold out. The EDD of 12/1 has come and gone. If you don’t have any to ship to me then I need to be refunded back to my original payment method. If you have a new EDD I would appreciate knowing what that is as this is a gift and is time sensitive.
