A few years ago I had purchased the Neat scanner from HSN. Along with this purchase we were provided a toll free phone number just for HSN customers. This was to be a lifetime of free support with the phone number. As of now, they no longer answer this phone number with a live person. You have t leave your information along with the issue and a support person emails you the way to try and solve the issue. So this means you are spending a day trying to get this fixed yourself after they use a day or two forwarding you the instructions. You don’t get a live person to call you back at any time, they just provide service by email now, this is very upsetting because people like me, I purchased this because of the support. We paid a 119.00 a year for the service and get nothing now but email support and this is not was we received when we purchased the item. Is there another way to get around all this email and get a live support person to talk with like we had purchased with the neat scanner. There is no longer any live support person.
I know about the portal numbers, but HSN sold the PRODUCT WITH LIVE DEDICATED HSN phone number. I guess after you purchase the item, this does not apply. Never again will i purchase with lifetilme customer support. this was suppose to be a dedicated number for lifetime with a live person. Not happening.
