My purchase doesn’t show in order status
My purchase on Monday doesn’t show in account order status jst gives oops…… I called in order, 1st time customer, checked online. Thank you for any info back
I made a purchase this week received the confirmation and the funds has been taken/held from my account I want to know what needs to be done so that I can keep up with the tracking etc.
Hi @joque, I am sorry for any concern this has caused. It looks like you’ve created a Guest Account which you will not see any order info as it doesn’t create an account for you. You’re more than welcome to use our Single Order Look Up by hovering over where you would sign in. All you need is your order number and the phone number used on the order. If you need that info, please give us a call at 1-800-933-2887 between 8am – 1am ET.
