My package delivered to god only knows where!
I am not a happy camper right now. I know it’s not the fault of HSN when a delivery carrier screws up. However, you really honestly need to rethink your business relationship with Surepost. In the past I have found my packages downstairs five apartments away, and just recently I returned a pair of jeans that say were delivered to returns in new orleans which makes absolutely no sense, but the rep said she placed a note and they should be able to see that the item was returned. Now, TODAY – I’m wating on my second pari of DG2 embroidered jeans. I am a housewife on disability so I am always home. I checked the website all day and also checked my door a little after 2pm. At 3:00 pm I noticed it said my package was delivered at 2:59. So, I scurry to the door – no package. I go to my mailbox because the mailman likes to shove stuff in there – no package. I have literally just walked through four apartment buildings looking for my package and have found nothing, squat, zilch, nada! I was on hold with HSN for about 20 minutes before I hung up and decided to try calling ups. I was on hold with UPS for 45 minutes
Now here’s the worst part … this is my second year wedding anniversary and I was supposed to be ready to go out to eat with my husband before he came home from work. I am sitting here in sweats, t-shirt and unwashed or fixed hair, no makeup … nothing and my husband will be home in about 40 minutes expecting me to be ready and put together. But I have just spent the last few hours trying to figure out who has my package and how to get it back. I have a delivery coming Saturday too via surepost and I have hotel reservations with my husband that evening – so now I’m wondering if I’m gonna be doing the same with them.
hank you for responding quickly. I heard a thump at my door and found that the mailman had just dropped them off over 2 hours after he’d marked it delivered. he said he marked it delivered and then saw I had a nother package so he waited till he delivered everythign else and then came back and dropped it off. So, crisis averted I guess.

I wholeheartedly agree. I’m older, and also would prefer to be able to preorder with all the same offerings of the day of the shows (including the shipping and easy pay rates). Alas, HSN and Anna don’t seem to be in tune with their customers. Quite a bit selfish, if you ask me! Many of us CAN’T be on THEIR schedule!
Hi ! And thank you for your response ! I know I saw them come up when Anna was on this afternoon. I hope they don’t continue to do things this way. I will be VERY disappointed. I have Systemic Lupus and see 8 specialists. Sometimes I can’t be near a tv. I don’t want to miss a chance to buy Anna’s products. If they don’t want to sell them before the show they should allow you to sign up for the items so they are in your shopping bag and then pay for it the day of the show. I think they may be trying to limit the number of items which are showing up on ebay. But I never buy more than one of anything (unless it’s something I can’t live without and then it will only be two of something – those are usually paper items ! ) Thanks so much !!! Kim
I too am looking for them. I checked with an Agent and they are not yet loaded into the system. Perhaps before her 6pm or 8pm shows. I did get the Fretwork 2 dies which were loaded before the 2pm show
