My orders keep getting cancelled
Help!!! I’ve been with hsn since dec 2013, while I use my account for special purchases and the holidays it’s always been in good standing and no issue in paying off flex pay. I attempted to place an order several times today only to have money debited from my account and orders cancelled by hsn! Why is this happening?? Several calls to customer service with no answers. To say I’m disappointed and frustrated is an understatement. *** my card is one of those new ones with the chip in it, not sure if this is the issue
