It looks like you ordered two of these on http://www.hsn.com, and only placed one of flexpay. We can fix this, but need to verify some info with you first. Please call in the customer service at 1-800-933-2887 from 8 a.m. – 1 a.m., Eastern Time and ask them to switch the second one to flexpay for you.
