MY ORDER WAS CANCELLED!!
After submitting my order with all the correct information and receiving an email with my confirmation #, delivery date, and my flex pay schedule I was a Happy camper then about half hour later, I received an email saying my order was cancelled. Like hello. You took my money from acct and then cancelled it with no reason. How nice. Used the last bit of my money and now my order is cancelled but they took the first payment. I had to check off their terms and policies but I would think they would be courteous enough to refund the payment immediately if HSN chooses to cancel the order. I could have used the money for something else my family needed and now I have to wait up to 5 days to get it back. That’s terrible. It took minutes to take my payment with no hesitation, but then its cancelled and I have to wait a week for a refund. First off I would like to know why it was Cancelled. I really needed this product for one of my constant sick children. This product would change the quality of his life and I felt a burden off my shoulders because seasons will be changing and alerrgies will be back sooner than we know it. I don’t want it to be cancelled, I want the product immediately. My son suffers from upper respiratory infections, asthama, bad allergies and this machine will help him dramatically. I need to kno w what went wrong. This is my first time ordering from them.
I just attempted to make a purchase on an embroidery machine with flexpay. Something told me not to but I did anyway. I could have used this money for a bill but since I have a business to run and my other machine is down, and orders to fulfill, I figured I’d get the money back 10 fold. As soon as I hit submit it said I was denied for flexpay and my order was candled immediately. They still took $221.13 out of my account. I just want my money back now!!! This is the first time I’ve purchased, well attempted to purchase from hsn and it is the last. I hate feeling uneasy about money I’ve worked my off for, just to be taken away like that and when I go to order status under my account there are no orders to be found. Luckily I screenshot everything.
The issue is with the bank rather than HSN. HSN authorizes the amoujt of your flex pay, and when the order is cancelled, they release the funds. The time it takes to credit your account is in your bank’s hands.
Why do people not understand how debit and credit cards work? Those term and conditions in fine print which come with your card are not there to take up space in the envelope!
I agree your payment should have been refunded as quickly as it was taken no matter what the reason.
