My order was cancelled, yet my money was still taken
I recently ordered a computer from HSN. At the end of the transaction process, I was told that the product had sold out and that the order was cancelled. Suddenly, I am missing $255 dollars from my bank account. They cancelled my order, yet still took my money for a sold out product. I am beyond livid. I requested the refund on Friday. It is Tuesday and I have yet to receive my refund. Something needs to be done about this immediately.
Hi @dawsoncruz, I am truly sorry to hear that your order has been canceled. I’ve gone ahead and sent an electronic request to your financial institution regarding the authorization on your account. The time frame as to when those funds would become available is dependent upon your financial institution.
