My order was canceled a week after it was placed, it’s for sale now without the free shipping
HSN manager I am so confused and I need your help again.
The order I placed on 12/3/16 online, before the Perlier presentation on Amy’s holiday show, was canceled, The reason given was that you could not get the item. Now it’s available again and you show my status as returned. I never returned it because it was canceled. Can you place the order again for me at the price I paid (with the coupon you sent to me and the free shipping you offered everyone On December 3, 2016. I needed this for a gift and the items I ordered to replace them have UPS tracking numbers but no other information.
I can see I am not the only one with stressful shopping/ shipping issues. Thank you for your help.
