My order still showing up as "Packaging"
I think I am not going to receive my two handbags that I purchased on 9/22. I called twice, the first woman I spoke to was rude and acted like “too bad” there are not guarantee delivery dates. However in my opinion they should have at least been shipped by now. I am fed up and am very unhappy with the attitude of the customer service reps. If my items are not being shipped why are they still being sold?

, I can see that the orders for the two Vince Camuto bags haven’t updated shipping information. Agreed, it is taking longer than usual. They may suddenly update status tomorrow as the estimated delivery is 10/2. I can’t inquire yet but if they aren’t delivered by the estimated date, please reach out again.

?Go to UPS.com and sign up for “My UPS” ,it’s a free service. You will make a user name & password to access tracking, estimated delivery time & date etc. and you’ll get notifications on your email when to expect your package. You can also upgrade to the one where you can actually decide if you would rather have a UPS delivery instead of a USPS postal delivery but they will ask for a credit card # to open that acct. and charge you $3.50 per package for that service. Otherwise just stick to “my UPS”. Should there ever be a situation where you want a UPS instead of a USPS delivery you can opt to pay a one time $3.50 for that delivery option without upgrading to registering your credit card. You can use that option as many times as you want without having to upgrade permanently. Does this make any sense?
