Hi lindy38, if you don’t want the magazine subscription and instead prefer to receive a refund, please write “magazine refund” on a copy of your purchase confirmation and mail it, within 30 days of your purchase, to: Condé Nast Special Programs-HSN, PO Box 37722, Boone, IA 50037-0722.
Please allow 4-6 weeks for the refund to be mailed to you. The refund will be in the amount of $8. If you have any further questions, you can call Dedicated HSN/Conde Nast Customer Service line at 866-201-4030.You can reprint your purchase confirmation from Order History in your Account.
