My HSN phone app has not been working for 2 dyas

The HSN app is stuck and just says loading. I have Uninstallel and reinstalled the app and have the same problem. I have a Samsung galaxy s23 ultra phone.

I’m sorry you are having the same issues as the previous user mentioned. If you have also cleared cookies and the update is not working as expected, I would suggest temporarily accessing the website from your browser. I will report your issue and phone model to our I.T. department in hopes we can have it resolved quickly. Thank you so much for being patient while we work this out.
