My HSN Account was Scamed and now HSN is scamming me
My HSN account was scammed. Someone ordered items off HSN CC and all the other credit cards on my HSN accounts. It took me weeks to get back to normal and get my other credit cards cancelled and reissued. HSN has yet to get me another credit card, they indicate they have one on the way, but have not received it.
With that being said, I have waited all year and wondering if with all the companies HSN has let go, I have wondered if Sporto would be back, Viewing the shows, I noticed they would be viewing this weekend and that I would have a few of my credit cards back in time to be able to shop for the Sporto shoes. This morning I places an order, then after reading the shoe size, I had ordered the wrong size and cancelled the order to reorder in a different size, When I went to reorder, the account would not allow me to reorder, it alerted me to call a 1800 number, upon calling the number, I was advised that I could not place another order until Monday because they had to verify it was me that cancelled the order. WHAT? I called in and verified it, it has to be verified through a certain department? and that department is not open until Monday? I want to shop Sporto This Weekend!!!!!! not on Monday!!!!! I am done with HSN… I spend weeks taking care of a scam that was not my fault and it caused me head aces and lots of time and trouble getting it taken care of. Now I am being told I cannot spend my money on Iman and Sporto and on a Weekend??????? I AM DONE with HSN !!!!!!!!!!!!
I have to contact them on Monday, they are not open on the weekend. I called and I was told it was because I canceled an order and they called to verify it was me that cancelled the order. They did not call me, I was by the phone all day and they did not try to call. Just because I cancelled an order due to the wrong size, they put a hold because my HSN account was scammed two weeks ago. It was my credit cards that was scammed not theirs, it was my money not theirs. I am the one that lost, not them. All I want to doo is place an order to day and not have to wait until MONDAY to place an order for something that is selling out TODAY. So MONDAY is going to be TOO late. YOU know I have had it with HSN. I have gone through a lot with this credit card being scammed and having to cancel my credit cards and reorder the. it was my credit cards. If they cannot have a department open during operating hours, then they have an issue. I am done. I will now cancel my account and cancel everything. I don’t need HSN. there are other methods of shopping and spending my money. I have never been late on any payment and have never done anything wrong with hsn and they are treating me as though I have robbed a bank and need a life sentence. They need to learn how to treat their long time good paying customers better than this.
