My emails from HSN don’t display as intended
On the outside of the emails, it displays the header as intended like; “Larry, 20% Off Code Inside (Summer Fun Here You Come!)” then when I open the email, it says this: ” — Start of DoubleClick Floodlight Tag: Please do not remove Activity name of this tag: HSN Email Special Offers (standard counter) URL of the webpage where the tag is expected to be placed: a h.ref ht.tp: www hsn com” target=_blank ht.tp: www hsn com This tag must be placed between the and” – Can something be changed so I can actually read these emails? Thanx for any help, Larry
( I had to edit this so it would post, but you get the idea)
, I wanted to also ask you to make sure that you have added hsn.@email.hsn.com as a contact. This will ensure that a security setting with your provider is not causing the issue. We’ve also asked our Technical team to check into the emails sent by us.
, it may be a glitch. I suggest that you unsubscribe from the emails and uncheck the preferences in your account. Then close out of the site and clear your browsing history. Open the site again with a new URL and re-check the email preferences. Let me know if the problem continues after taking these steps.
I agree with you all! I shop at stores that reward me with coupons and alert me for deals ahead of the general public!! Let’s face it ladies, we are great shoppers who look for bargains and great quality merchandise!!!!! We spend our money where we can get the most BANG FOR THE BUCK!!!!!!!!
I don’t think giving coupons for reviews would work!!!! Gaming coupons is great. There should be an incentive of some sort for other shoppers who don’t play the ARCADE!!!
Perhaps it would be nice for all who frequent HSN to have an incentive to purchase more often.
OF COURSE WITH ME, THERE IS NO ARM-TWISTING NECESSARY!!!!!! LOLOL!!!!!
What are YOUR THOUGHTS on a program that guarantees a prize/product in exchange for points??? Or the ability to convert points into HSN credit? There would have to be a large range of point values that correlate directly to HSN CASH values. I came up with this idea after spending over 10,000 points and never winning a thing.
One example, free shipping on 1 item for 250 points. I would be willing to use more points if there was some type of guarantee.IE, 5,000 points = a guaranteed spot on an upcoming Friday night party.
It would be amazing if HSN established a program for our points to be converted into “hsn dollars” or added as Spendable Kash? The revenue goes back into the company, the customer may purchase something larger that they otherwise would not. Even if the items were very small in exchange for a small amount of points, it gets the consumer back on the page, watching current programs in the upper right hand corner and placing more orders.
Another benefit, the consumer may use their points for something that they like so much, they become a repeat buyer on that particular brand. End result, win-win for the consumer and for HSN!
I like that Idea IamShortDiva. I like rewards for my shopping, I know Kohl’s and Hallmark stores also do it. I am more likely to shop at places that reward me for my business.
