I have done registered my tablets and got them set up the way I wonted. So I will just use the one charger for both tablets. I don’t won’t to go through all that again. So if u can just cancel that order it would be good. I will just make do with what I got. Thank u anyways. Sherry.
Let me make sure I got this right. Are u sending me 1 new tablet and then I send u the 1 tablet that the charger won’t work on it back to u. U are sending just 1 correct not 2 like I ordered and received. Just won’t to do the correct thing. Thanks. Sherry.
@Cookies61, I’m sorry a charger isn’t working. I’m not able to provide a replacement part to you however, I have arranged an Exchange that will arrive by12/29. You may keep the original order until the Exchange arrives and then use the Easy Return label and you won’t be charged for the s&h.
