I sent you a photo this past Saturday and it said it would be up in 24 hours. It still isn’t there. Can you look into this please?
Congratulations, lemire, on finally getting your avatar to appear. I’ve been trying for months to get mine to show, but it’s the same old story. Submit photo again and again, have it approved again and again, gripe, complain, told to be patient, and still…nothing. Sigh….. My squeaky wheel is not getting the grease, but I’m glad yours did. Your orchids are very pretty.
After all the headaches – my Avatar is up and looks fabulous. Thank You for getting it posted.
I already found it last night but I see I still have no Orchids. I uploaded them for the 3rd time last night!!!!

OK – it’s been over a week. I’ve tried to be patient. It’s very hard to believe this is a really big IT issue. I can understand you want to see the pics before they are posted but you approved my pic days ago. You even told me my pic was up. How many more patience do I have to have before I have an Avatar?????? As flyby2 stated and by the looks of his Avatar we are both in the same shape. NO AVATAR!!!!
You should have the tech team do what they’re doing with the avatars of the HSN managers and then duplicate it with those of us whose avatars have never seen the light of day. All of the managers seem to have their pix visible, but that’s not the case with many of us. It’s lonely at the bottom. :womanlol:

gise, if you start a chat, they can take care of it within minutes. It is so much more expedient than e-mail. IMO

Don’t offer something on a very public venue if you’re not going to honor it. It creates resentment and dissapointment and eventually discourages participation. They could have emailed those select customers since it was offered via .com. anyway.
I don’t think the mods are going to jump in unless someone asks them directly in
Meantime I’m waiting for the phone or chat CS to open and respond to my email.
