my april 11, 2016 order
Why did my order get cancelled?????? I placed an order for a dell laptop on sunday april 10, 2016…..i recieved a “confirmation” of my order on monday april 11, 2016……i was waiting for my laptop to be delivered on wednesday april 13,2016 and just checked on it to find to my SURPRISE that it has been cancelled,,,,,,,, i want to know WHY it was cancelled and WHY no one informed me of said cancellation. I know, i know HSN is a very big company and it looks like you think your a big enough company that you can cast aside some customers because you think if i font buy, someone else will. CUSTOMER SERVICE…….thats what builds good customer corporation relationships…..not counting on the next customer to fill the void. I am a 100% Disabled Veteran and cannot go to stores to purchase items that will make my life better…….i know to you i may sound like im over reacting, but to ME its a very serious problem……i dont know why im wasting my time with this msg…….no one is ever going to read it and if someone by chance does read it, well then it more than likely will “slip thru the cracks”….dont think im going to do any business with you……….im sorry i sound mad but you have to understand my life just got put on “hold” because no one informed me of any problem with my order. ( by the way, check out the June or July issue of DAV magizine, i write a colum for disabled vets all around the pacific north west…. Maybe if it gets published it will save another disabled vet from going thru this)
