Multiple charges to bank account. No e-mail confirmation.
I placed an order on Wednesday November 23rd. I have not received an order confirmation e-mail. I know the address was correctly entered because I received a promotional email in regards to 15% off. Due to this I have no order number and I way to check the status of my order. I checked out as a guest.
In addition to this issue my bank account has been charged 3 time for 3 different amounts. First there was a $24.99 charge which was refunded. Now I have 2 charges that have been processed. One for $32.65 and another for $15.32. I only placed one order so this is obviously an error.
