Mobile ordering problems
I am a long time HSN shopper, and it’s definitely my favorite of all shopping networks. However lately I’ve tried to place a couple of orders through my iPhone, and just as I go to check out, the page becomes disabled. It looks like a semi opaque layer is covering the checkout page. Anyone else having this problem?
Cincysell, I would recommend signing out of and closing hsn.com before deleting your cookies/temp internet files. After opening a new browser window, pull up the site by typing it into the address bar; not from any saved links such as favorites. You may also want to try using another browser. If this does not fix the issue for you, please let me know.
