Has anyone ever had a problem with returns. I send back a package at the post office and it has been over a month and HSN says they have never received it and actually I was never able to track it. We have gone round and round and it looks like I am out $94.00. I am so upset and this is the second time it has happened to me.
I’m sorry I meant “track easy returns” . If at po, they always tell me to wait for receipt. There’s a record somewhere. I’m not going to let 100.00, be out of pocket.
Unless it was one where there wasn’t a label and you physically had to go to po, pay for it. There’s a record!!! If you remember the date, go to ok with address and receipt. Start from day 1, at PO!!
Two week ago I sent back a package at my mailbox handed to mail girl!! She scanned it. I’m going online tmr, my bill was very high didn’t I non posted credits!!!
If you used their label, you should be able to track it! I have a stack Of returns in going through tomorrow to verify credit was received. I hate doing this it’s very time com because even if item says returned, you still need to go in and verify credit applied, instead of their website showing in our order status as a negative dollar amount, because of opening closing each order nbr.
I’ve called before did you check auto returns in the same menu, Auto ship tracking?
