Purchased 2 Cricut Makers. One for me and one for my sister in law. We both decided to return. We live in different cities. I went to my UPS store and returned. Was promptly received and noted. She went to her UPS store and well…..it turns out nothing was ever scanned by that store. Anything you can do? Do I file a claim with UPS? Report a theft from that store? Any ideas? As you can see, the Maker is about $400
I’m so sorry that your gifted Maker hasn’t been returned, @emt1404! We do recommend reporting it through UPS directly. If you are able to get a Delivery Confirmation that the order was returned, we can issue a refund at that time.
