So I ordered the duo spray from Too Faced. The package arrived today with only the mini version- missing the large spray. Called CS and they are making me go to the trouble of returning this little baby spray, and it is going to take 7 days for the replacement. Talk about making the customer work. I could understand if it was some expensive item, but we are talking about $10 bucks and then the wait.Not happy or satisfied.

Hi @sjane28, I see that we have sent you out a replacement that should be reaching you shortly. Usually we do require the item to be returned to prevent a customer from being recharged for the item, however, due to the nature of the concern, I will not require you to return the original order as a courtesy.
@sjane28, having to return anything after looking forward to it’s arrival; is very frustrating. This isn’t the experience we wanted for you. Your order has been sent to the Fulfillment Dept. for review and your concern will be forwarded to our Leadership Team.
