Missing item – HSN wants to re-bill me 5 months later
Ordered several craft items during the March craft day. One item was missing from the larger box. Customer service issued a refund right away. UPS came by a few days later. I showed the driver the box. No damage and the other products in the box were fine. I get a nasty letter in the mail a few days ago stating that HSN has determined I did get the missing product and will re bill me. I talked to a very nice helpful agent who assured me I won’t be re-billed. She made notes that the issue was the product never made it into the larger box. I should have never received this kind of letter almost 5 months later. Pitiful.
