Our first mattress was lost took 30 days to find that out . Now second mattress is ordered says packaging ? What is the next step?

@cheryl348 I’m very sorry to hear this was lost in transit. 🙁 It looks like we did set up a new mattress to ship out to you, but that was just done a few days ago so there is no updated info yet. At this point there is nothing more you need to do except wait for the new one to arrive. I’m sorry I don’t have more info for you, but everything is moving along now so no need to worry.
