427-798 I bought this SKU on 08/14/2015. In the presentation, I heard the "black is the most limited."
Guess what is now 20 dollars cheaper in black?
I do not like lies! The truth is workable, lies are not. I do not want to hear another lie or a politically correct answer.
The host clearly states "black is the most limited." If I had not been lied to, I would not have bought these shoes back then and could enjoy a savings now.
I will never trust her again to tell the truth.
I purchased that shoe at the original price in black and while they are very comfortable, and I was going to purchase another pair at the clearance price, I decided not to because after looking at them after 5 months,I noticed the elastic is breaking away where the shoes was glued. That’s an easy fix. However the inner sole design is starting to flake away. Sole in perfect condition. I guess at 20 bucks, I might buy another pair.
I agree, Not all but some of these presenters do not keep up with anything they present, so the item does not get presented correctly. I agree, they are there to make money for HSN. Use to be the customer first now, not so anymore.

At the time, it may have been, and that could have changed. Based on orders, inventory, and sales projections at the time, it is likely true.
Things change. Inventory does not remain static. Prices do not remain static.
Based on your logic, a retailer would never be able to put anything on sales or biu ,pre stock of a product.
The fact is that you chose to purchase the product when you did. HSN did not force you. We are each responsible for what we choose to purchase and when we choose to purchase. Obviously, it was worth the price when you purchased it, so there is no valid reason to complain.
