Lost a customer
My mom uses HSN a lot and uses flexpay. So I decided to give it a try. I ordered paid and received confirmation. Then an hour later order was cancelled. This is garbage. Tell me before the money is deducted. I don’t care if it’s just authorized or not. I still have to wait a week to get it back. I was looking forward to utilizing HSN and flex pay in the future but that won’t happen. I promise you. Pitiful way to do business.
I’m very sorry for the disappointment with this order. Any orders that are not approved are canceled and we immediately send a notification to the bank to release the funds. The amount of time this takes can vary, and you’ll need to check with your bank for their procedure.
