locked out of account
I had a live chat with Jessica yesturday and found out my account was locked because of a item stolen from my front porch. order #xxxxxxxxxx. She stated that there where several easy pay payments not paid for. I was told that the oayments would come out of my account. Now I am locked out. Jessica suggested I go to Flex Management and correct the matter. Got no information there (I assume because it was back in February) and now I am stuck in limbo. I am locked out. Please help.
