Little B Washi Tape: Sent wrong Item
I received 6 of the 7 items I ordered from the 24 hour crafting event. The Little B Washi Tape is incorrect. What I ordered was correct,, and even the item number number on the packing list is correct. However, when I opened the box, I found I received the “Halloween” set (#502-162) instead of the Fall Set that I ordered. (#502-163).
I am boxing it up to mail back to you, and asking that you send the correct one. What is worrying me, however, is that I see there are only 20 left of the Fall (had pumpkins and leaves) set I had ordered.
How do I make sure you guys hold one of those for me, so that you can ship those to me, as soon as you get this Halloween set back?
Can you hold one of them for me?
It is now 4 weeks since I originally ordered this item. 3 weeks since you kindly submitted the reorder to replace the incorrect set of tape I had received.
I just got a shipping notice on one of my Auto Ship items but I’m still waiting for this Washi Tape. As you know this Washi Tape has now been long sold out.
I need to know with certainty please if there is any in stock for them to even fill my order? And perhaps a little nudge from you for them to get it processed would be nice, considering it’s been long paid for, and my CC bill with the charge on it, is now due.
HSN Manager: Why was this replacement order you processed for me a week ago, cancelled?
You’ll recall from above interaction, I was sent the wrong version of the Washi tape. A replacement order was entered in the system.
I used the HSN USPS label and mailed back the wrong item, on Thursday morning (Oct 13th).
Let me guess? You are now going to tell me that the item is SOLD OUT? The reason I wanted you to process the replacement order quickly is because last week when you did that, the quantity remaining said there were 20 left. In theory, that should have reserved one for ME.
Please explain what is going on? And if this item was sold out to others, while my replacement order languished, I am very upset with you. And most certainnly you need to credit my credit card immediately.

Make yourself select. HSN can’t even keep track of who is select anymore. Ppl who receive coupons directly from HSN r having to call and get their codes registered.
Even if she did share the code – HSN probably has it for “select” customers only which I’m sure we are not.
