Linsay Tablet Issue
First I did not get the tablet that is advertised – I should have gotten the F-7HD4CORE and mine is a F-7XHD, and then I have no info on the software package I was supposed to have included. Can someone assist me on this.
@lilmama74, this item is shipped directly from the vendor’s warehouse so it doesn’t come with one of our normal EZ Return Labels. I’ve requested to have one mailed to you however which should arrive within the next 5-7 business days. Once you receive the return label, have the item shipped back to us and we’ll issue a full refund for it and the Protection Plan upon receiving it back.
And also a refund on the fair trade coverage as well please.
I would like to send it back for a refund so I can purchase a different one. I don’t want to run the risk of being sent the same tablet over again. I tried to print out a return label just now and it says I have to pay for it, I used my HSN card and it is the wrong product (model number is completely different, and they look different).
