Link to Arcade Team is not working properly
I tried contacting the Arcade Team last night about the failure to post a score to beat for the Game of the Week. The link sent me instead to a general Customer Service email. I got back a recitation of the technical aspects to check from a standard Customer Service agent–not the Arcade Team. I am very computer savvy, so that’s no help at all.
Would you please contact the Arcade Team and let them know the score is not appearing. Maybe they have changed the rules and you now get an entry just for playing and the score is irrelevant. If so, it would be good if you would post that information somewhere.
I usually post a thread giving the score to beat and a place for people to post their scores. I hesitate to do that without having assurances of what this week’s situation is. HSN_Erica said she didn’t know of any reason that the score would have changed, but I’d like to know for sure it hasn’t changed.
