I had ordered an item on Saturday 15 for 2 day shipping which is $50 today is the 18 and I still don’t have my package or tracking information been though I should have been received the package today!! This is my first order through hsn and all I get is that it’s an outside source shipping it but that is no excuse for not receiving something on time
I have 2 orders of (Debbie Meyer) still in “PACKAGING PHASE” for over 1 week now. These items will not arrive on date promised which was today. I would appreciate shipping cost and/or discount on these 2 items.
I’m sorry to see this order is running behind schedule. I understand this is disappointing and I’ve forwarded the feedback about the late delivery to our warehouse teams for you. I see you spoke with customer service earlier and we have noted to refund these shipping charges for you once the order has settled with the bank.
